Syntax:

STATS <flag> [<server>]

Description:
Allows a user or IRC operator to get the given statistics from either <server> or if <server> is not provided the local server. Not all stats are available to users as some are restricted to IRC operators only due to their sensitive nature.

Available stats are:

B - Service mappings.
c - Remote server connection lines.
d - Dynamic routing configuration.
e - Report server event loop engine.
f - Feature settings.
g - Global bans (G-lines).
h - Hubs information.
i - Connection authorization lines.
j - Message length histogram.
k - Local bans (K-Lines).
l - Current connections information.
m - Message usage information.
o - Operator information.
p - Listening ports.
q - Quarantined channels list.
R - Connection Redirection information.
S - Global Shuns.
s - Spoofed hosts information.
T - Configured Message Of The Day files.
t - Local connection statistics (Total SND/RCV, etc).
U - Service server & nick jupes information.
u - Current uptime & highest connection count.
v - Verbose server information.
W - WEBIRC authorization lines.
w - Userload statistics.
X - Configured DNSBL hosts.
y - Connection classes.
z - Memory/Structure allocation information.
Z - Global IP bans (Z-lines).
